Actually everything was excellent. The hotel itself was in a pretty nice area, close to Ambleside, Rydal caves and the center.

Location was super right in village centre, staff were consistently courteous, everything was spotlessly clean throughout. My cosy double room was perfect and very well kept. The property was in the centre of the city. Also, a grade ii listed two - storey villa was situated on the doorstep. Excellent services, good Wi-Fi.

The whole experience was fine. A good choice of supplies in the room: climate control, WiFi and ironing set. Great views and small garden. Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient. The beach was beautiful.

Modern & tidy hotel, it was in an unbeatable location, has highly professional staff. Superb food was served here, good hot breakfast. The pool was amazing with a sauna and a jacuzzi. We loved our very relaxing staying.

Ideal place for 1 night. We appreciated everything about it, its comfort and views. Owner was friendly! Our room was good sized, with a heating system, an iron and a radio. We went to bar near the hotel for a meal.
